Employer Sponsored Visas

Employment Visas

Australias employment visas are divided into two skilled occupation lists, the Medium to Long Term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL) and the Short Term Skilled Occupations List (STSOL).

  • Under the MLTSSL stream, occupations are regarded as being ‘in demand for the longer period.’ Applicants recognised with occupations in this Schedule can apply for a skilled visa with or without a sponsorship or nomination.
  • The STSOL stream consists of occupations which are regarded as ‘only in demand for the short term’.
